We collect personal information directly from you, from your browser or device when you visit our websites, from third parties that you permit to share your information, or from third parties that share public information about you.
A.2.2 Recipients of Personal Information
We share personal information with third parties for business purposes, including:
A.2.3 California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, subject to certain limitations at law, you may exercise:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected and disclosed in the last 12 months (subject to identity verification) — including specific pieces collected, categories collected, categories of sources, categories disclosed to third parties and to whom, categories sold (we do not sell data), and business purposes for collection

If you are an employee/former employee of a BufferApps.com client, or a third party given access by a client, please direct your requests to that client/employer directly.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.
- 1If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term via email to [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers — this deletion is final, so be sure before proceeding.
- 2Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month.
- 3You can upgrade or downgrade your service level at any time; BufferApps does not refund any fees in that case.
- 4If you stop using our services mid-term, we will not refund fees paid for the remaining term.
- 5We reserve the right to modify or terminate the BufferApps service(s) for any reason, without notice, at any time.
- 6Fraud: BufferApps may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with our services, without limiting any other remedies.
- 7No refunds are offered, even if a plan is cancelled mid-month.
15-Day No Obligation Cancellation
BufferApps offers SaaS service to companies under a 15-day no obligation cancellation policy. This period begins immediately upon account activation and only applies to new customers — not existing subscribers. BufferApps will also not honor a free trial period for customers who were once paying subscribers, cancelled, and then decided to re-instate their subscription.
At any time during the 15 days, a potential subscriber can cancel their account and will be refunded in full, minus a minor service charge.
To continue using the SaaS after the 15-day period, you will automatically continue on your selected payment plan (monthly, or a discounted half-yearly / full-year plan) chosen at time of purchase.
Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
BufferApps charges and collects in advance for use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, BufferApps calculates a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing.
All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly) renew automatically on their due date according to the date of purchase, until officially cancelled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Customers will receive a confirmation email once cancelled.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities; the customer is responsible for payment of these. Fees exclude phone, internet access, and other data transmission charges. Currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with their payment method provider — these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time by writing to [email protected]. The new subscription rate is charged automatically on the next billing cycle. BufferApps does not issue refunds or credits for partial months on downgrades.
BufferApps reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to any SaaS service bought from bufferapps.com. If BufferApps refuses a new or renewing subscription, registrants will be offered a pro-rata refund of pending days in the subscription plan, with an additional cancellation charge of $4.99.
These policies apply to all SaaS services listed on BufferApps unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
